Returns Policy:

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund for items purchased directly from KnowledgeBall LLC. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Items purchase elsewhere, will need to contact the original dealer for a refund or exchange.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper is 5 to 10 business days, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it is 3 to 5 business days, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request is 5 to 10 business days.

To make a return or exchange:

1. Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice or packing list, or if you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information:
• Name
• Address
• Phone Number
• E-mail Address
• When, and by whom the purchase was made
• Reason for the return
• Purchase Price of the item(s)
2. Please specify whether you would like an exchange, a refund, or bankcard credit.
3. Insure the package for your protection and return to:

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, or if you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item to:

You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing a new order.
